1. What is your MOQ (minimum order quantity)?
Answer: MOQ is 10000pcs per model.
2. Can you print logo or brand name, serial numbers or bar code on the seals?
Answer: yes.
3. Can you do laser printing on the seals?
Answer: yes.
4. Can you do heat foil stamping on the seals?
Answer: yes.
5. Do you have any certificate?
Answer: Yes, ISO/PAS17712 approved.
6. Can you help me with the shipping?
Answer: yes. We have built relationship with many freight companies and express companies such as FedEx, DHL, TNT, UPS etc. we can arrange shipping by sea and by ocean with the cheap shipping cost.
7. Shall I pay the mould charge for the seals?
Answer: for the existing models showing on website, you don’t need to pay the mould cost. If you have special design for the product, we need to create a new mould for customized products.
8. How to make the payment?
Answer: Our payment term is 100% T/T in advance, 100% Western Union in advance.
9. What is the delivery time?
Answer: The delivery time is about 12~15 days after payment has been made.
10. Are you a manufacturer or trading company? Where located?
Answer: We are manufacturer, located in Wuhan, middle part of China.
